# Self-Hosted LobeHub Broken — 2026-07-02
|
|
|
|
## Symptoms
|
|
|
|
All API routes on [REDACTED-IP]:3210 return Next.js error pages:
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
Not a 404 — the instance is running but Next.js is in an error state.
|
|
|
|
## Impact
|
|
|
|
- `lobehub_final.py` proxy on :20140 has no backend to forward to
|
|
- Proxy returns `{error: "no models available"}` or empty responses
|
|
- All 601 accounts are unusable until the instance is fixed
|
|
|
|
## Likely Cause
|
|
|
|
Docker container on gothbreach-abuse-1 ([REDACTED-IP]) crashed or Next.js rebuild failed.
|
|
|
|
## Fix Attempts
|
|
|
|
1. SSH into DO droplet and restart Docker container
|
|
2. If SSH keys are rejected (all keys dead as of 2026-07-02), use DO panel to reset root password
|
|
|
|
## Related

- 601 accounts in `lobehub_accounts.json` — all have tokens but `configured: false`
|
|
- Even after instance repair, accounts need `lh provider config` for each provider |
