Self-Hosted LobeHub Broken — 2026-07-02
Symptoms
All API routes on [REDACTED-IP]:3210 return Next.js error pages:
curl -s http://[REDACTED-IP]:3210/api/auth → <!DOCTYPE html><html id="__next_error__">
curl -s http://[REDACTED-IP]:3210/api/chat/completions → same Next.js error page
Not a 404 — the instance is running but Next.js is in an error state.
Impact
lobehub_final.pyproxy on :20140 has no backend to forward to- Proxy returns
{error: "no models available"}or empty responses - All 601 accounts are unusable until the instance is fixed
Likely Cause
Docker container on gothbreach-abuse-1 ([REDACTED-IP]) crashed or Next.js rebuild failed.
Fix Attempts
- SSH into DO droplet and restart Docker container
- If SSH keys are rejected (all keys dead as of 2026-07-02), use DO panel to reset root password
