GitHub Account Format (sms-activate orders)

Accounts from sms-activate / smshub / similar services are delivered as RAR archives containing .txt order files.

RAR Extraction on Windows

Pitfall: rarfile auto-detection fails on Windows git-bash. Set UNRAR_TOOL explicitly. 7-Zip and unrar CLI also fail with Cyrillic paths — use Python rarfile with explicit path.
