## Permission Modes
1. **Normal** — auto-approves read-only tools, asks for write/execute
2. **Accept Edits** — auto-approves file edits, prompts for shell
3. **Smart** — fast model decides safety of each action
4. **Bypass (YOLO)** — auto-approves everything
5. **Autonomous** — requires `--sandbox`, OS-level isolation
