+# Self-Hosted LobeHub Broken — 2026-07-02
+
+## Symptoms
+
+All API routes on [REDACTED-IP]:3210 return Next.js error pages:
+

+
+Not a 404 — the instance is running but Next.js is in an error state.
+
+## Impact
+
+- `lobehub_final.py` proxy on :20140 has no backend to forward to
+- Proxy returns `{error: "no models available"}` or empty responses
+- All 601 accounts are unusable until the instance is fixed
+
+## Likely Cause
+
+Docker container on gothbreach-abuse-1 ([REDACTED-IP]) crashed or Next.js rebuild failed.
+
+## Fix Attempts
+
+1. SSH into DO droplet and restart Docker container
+2. If SSH keys are rejected (all keys dead as of 2026-07-02), use DO panel to reset root password
+
