+- `id_token`: JWT with profile/auth info

+## Usage
+
+- These are OpenAI API tokens, NOT email accounts
+- No IMAP/SMTP — use for ChatGPT/Codex API access
+- Refresh tokens are long-lived; access tokens expire and need refresh
+- Plan type: "team" (ChatGPT Team subscription)
+- All share the same organization: `org-NAa5m4mf4Zw5H4Y8frkLuNHh`
